Katie Ajaeb Vestermark is a certified speech-language pathologist (SLP) through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and the owner of Love to Speak, LLC. She currently holds professional licenses in Virginia and Washington, D.C. and has over 10-years of experience as a speech-language pathologist. Katie is an active member of ASHA and the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM). She has special interest and knowledge of tethered oral tissues (TOTs) and orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs).
Education & Background
Katie Ajaeb Vestermark attended SUNY Cortland and Ithaca College in New York. Over the years, she has been able to work with diverse populations from the "lowcountry" of South Carolina across the Pacific Ocean to the island of Maui and up to the Pacific Northwest with a rain coat and good cup of coffee in Seattle. Katie enjoys getting to know people from all walks of life and relishes in helping others. Katie has a thirst for knowledge and is always continuing her education through coursework and collaborating with other professionals near and far. It has been a long-term goal for Katie to open a therapy practice, where she can help clients feel confident in their abilities and Love To Speak!

When Katie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, being outdoors, making new connections, traveling, and checking out the newest hot spots in the DMV area.
